At Foxcroft, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure you obtain a tracking receipt to monitor your return's progress back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable fees.
